The Affiliate Program is a collaboration between Shaadi.com and the owner/operator of a unique Web site. Web sites may place links or promotional banners of Shaadi.com within their pages, and in turn, will receive a commission for subscriptions generated from their links. Shaadi.com has a dedicated affiliate team to help affiliates maximize their marketing of Shaadi.com and thus their earning potential.

What is the difference between a registration and a subscription?
Registration is a free process anyone can complete in order to become a Shaadi.com member. Registration allows a user to browse profiles and even create their own. However, certain additional features including the ability to communicate with other members is only available to paying subscribers. Commissions are paid to affiliates on paying subscriptions only.

Do I earn a commission on traffic from my affiliate website?
Unless we have specifically agreed with you, you will earn commission on paid subscriptions only. Traffic is only commissioned in the sense that it converts into paying subscribers.

Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material.

Through the reporting interface you can access reports, which are real time and provide information on click thorough, orders and revenue share earned.

How often do I get paid?
Indian Webmasters
At the end of every month, we will send you a cheque for your earnings subject to a minimum earned balance of INR 990, once we receive your invoice. If your account balance is less than INR 990, we'll carry it forward to the next month and mail you the cheque once the balance touches INR 990.
International Webmasters
At the end of every month, we will send you funds via PayPal subject to a minimum earned balance of INR 5,000 (Approx. USD 100) in your account (unless otherwise agreed to in writing, including electronic mail).
If your account balance is less than INR 5,000, we'll carry it forward to the next month and send you the funds once the balance touches INR 5,000. If you do NOT wish to receive funds via PayPal, we can pay you via wire transfer if your account balance touches INR 25,000 (Approx. US $500).

What about charge backs?
If a user charges back, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any revenue share earned on that transaction.

How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a sales happen. Cookies are used to track return visitors therefore insuring that you get the revenue share on every visitor you refer to us.

I don't live in India, can I still apply? How do you pay International webmasters?
We welcome webmasters from all parts of the world. We can pay International webmasters in USD using wire transfer or PayPal for amount more than US $500 earned in revenue share.
